Description :

The journey by road from Marrakech passes in front of the cinema studios (visiting the Atlas studios is possible outside of filming periods. Paying access). You arrive on a promontory which dominates this superb ksar. We then descend towards the village, and we can visit the ksar, from where we have a splendid view of the region, before returning to Ouarzazate.

Visitors can navigate the picturesque canyon where the final 600 meters offer intrepid trekkers a narrow pass between towering stone walls that is truly awe inspiring.

  • Departure in the morning from Ouarzazate, towards the village of Skoura, along the lake of the Mansour Eddahbi dam
  • Visit of Skoura and the Kasbah of Amridihl
  • Via El Kelaa M'Gouna and the Valley of Roses, you reach Tineghir and the Todgha Gorge where you have lunch
  • Return to Ouarzazate, crossing the palm grove of Tineghir and the small villages of the Valley of Roses

This excursion takes you out of the city, through the mountain pass of Tîzî-N-Tichka, over the High Atlas

Description :

This excursion takes you out of the city, through the mountain pass of Tîzî-N-Tichka, over the High Atlas, by fortified Berber villages, and past the last palm grove before the desert at Draa Valley. Once you arrive at Zagora, take a camel ride and admire the memorable Moroccan sunset before falling asleep in a Berber haima (tent).

  • Departure in the morning from Ouarzazate, towards Agdz, via the Tizi (pass)
  • After the stopover in Agdz, you reach Zagora through the immense Draa palm grove
  • Visit of the dunes of Tinfou, the first Saharan dunes near Ouarzazate
  • Lunch in Zagora
  • Visit of Tamegroute, its famous zaouïa (religious brotherhood) whose library contains precious manuscripts, and its pottery known throughout Morocco
